Completing the introductory Ontological Coaching and Leadership in Action workshop is an essential prerequisite for participating in the Certified Ontological Coaching and Leadership Program. This can be done in the first three days of the Opening Conference on March 25, 27 and 29 or beforehand.

Two options are available for participating in the program - one that is done entirely online and one that will commence online and include in-person conferences in Basel, Switzerland when COVID circumstances allow international travel to resume.
